What happens in the case of bad weather?
In case of bad weather, you can choose to move your booking to a new date and time (subject to availability) or receive a full refund.
Can we bring our own food and drinks onboard?
It is not possible for you to bring your own food and drinks onboard but on request, we are able to provide beer, wine or prosecco with glasses.
Can we bring our dog?
It is not possible to bring any pets onboard.

We understand that things happen. We always allow 15 minutes of flexibility.
How do we book?
Click here to book a time and date with us. A 50% deposit is required to secure your date. (fully refunded in case of bad weather).
How many can fit onboard?
There is space for 4 passengers plus the driver. For your comfort, the boat is better suited to couples.
Does the driver speak English?
Yes, your driver speaks fluent English and Italian.
What is included in the price?
A bilingual driver, gas and tax are all included.
Is to possible to jump in and swim?
No, it is not possible to be on the boat in wet clothes.
Can you offer a guided tour?
With extra charge, it is possible for us to organise a tour guide to join us onboard.
Can we stop the boat and get off somewhere?
Where there is a dock we can use, yes, you are free to jump off at any time. The start and end times of your booking will remain the same, so if you hire the boat for 3 hours from 6pm to 9pm and spend an hour enjoying Bellagio (for example), you will have 2 hours on the boat. Note that your driver will likely need to pull away from the dock and wait for you on the water, but he will not be far and will give you his number so you can call him back when you are ready to board again.
